Share this wonderful adventure with a partner or friend on
a white-water kayak for 2.
After a 35 minutes scenic countryside drive your
adventure begins as you venture on a short walking path that runs along the river
bank, leading you to an open area where you will find your kayak waiting.
After some safety lessons from your tour guide and a quick gear check, you
launch your kayak into the river and immediately feel the intensity of the rushing
water. The swift currents carry your kayak downstream, challenging you and your
partner to paddle confidently through various areas of exciting white water rapids
and picturesque river pools.
As you pass under the old stone bridge, the currents begin to fade and your kayak
takes a calm ride into the Caribbean Sea. Once at sea, you paddle at your own pace
along the coastline until you arrive at our private beach and the end of your
adventurous ride. This adventure usually last for approximately 90 minutes with
normal river flow.
We then transport you to Dunn’s River Falls for the second leg of your
adventurous day.
Dunn's River Falls is about 600 ft above sea level, with beautiful crystal clear
water running down the mountain into the ocean. It takes about 1 hour and 30
minutes to climb all the way up the mountain. There are places along the way where
you are able to slide down into pools of water, take a swim and climb again.
It’s the most popular Caribbean attraction...
There are trained guides at the falls that will assist you up the falls, or if you
are more daring you can take the climb without the guides.
There are also places where you can change your clothing and rent water shoes if
you do not want to use your own sneakers for climbing adventure. Please bring a towel
and cameras should be waterproof if you are climbing the falls. Lockers are
available for rental where you can store your belongings.
These adventures you will cherish forever.
